Roundtable
This session will include an overview of state-of-the-art epidemiologic and behavioral research related to HIV among substance abusing individuals.
Session Objectives: Participants will be able to: 1. Describe current epidemiologic trends with regard to HIV infection among substance abusing individuals. 2. Describe the behavioral factors associated with continued HIV incidence among substance using individuals. 3. Describe the best practices for developing and implementing HIV prevention and care programs to substance abusing individuals.
