These presenters will discuss the results of their work in the area of reforming binational health care for immigrant workers and their families, and retirees, both US and those of Mexican origin, and the need for cross-border health insurance plans.
Session Objectives: Acquire knowledge about healthcare for Mexican immigrants and current insurance requirements in the US and Mexico. Obtain knowledge about current health plan approaches under consideration for immigrant and retirees who are residents on one side of the border yet secure their care or the care of their dependents on the other side of the border.
