This panel would address the major challenges posed by Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases (CNCDs) in terms of morbidity, disability, and mortality) and their impact (financial and on the health system) in different nations. Innovative policies and practices to address the increasing burden of CNCDs would also be highlighted. The presentations will highlight the need for a new orientation towards prevention and realignment of health care resources globally.
