While the ACA may benefit many People Living With HIV/AIDs, there is no adult dental benefit and only some states have opted for Medicaid expansion which does not necessarily include adult care.  This presentation will provide an overview of the current status of the ACA and Medicaid Expansion which has enabled HIV resources to be focused on a range of care completion services as well as ever increasing allocations to provide dental care.
