Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: As NCLR's Senior Heath Policy Analyst, I have lead the organization's ACA implementation work. Working with our Affiliate network, I have been engaged in implementation efforts in both State Based and Federally Facilitated Marketplace states. Through administrative advocacy efforts with the White House Domestic Policy Council, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and U.S. Department of Treasury, I have worked to resolve some of the more complex enrollment challenges facing Latino and immigrant consumers.
