This session will take a serious review of the ACA implementations; and how the Latinos Enrollment has fared across the country. Session will review California’s ACA program and contrast with other ACA State and Federal supported programs. This will include the methods of Education, Outreach, Marketing, and the role of Faith and Community-Based Organizations.
Session Objectives: Differentiate between the State and Federal Operated Programs and discuss what has worked.
Evaluate and identify successful models used to outreach and educate the Latino and determine what other design needs to encourage enrollment of Latinos.
