The purpose of this session is to highlight the importance to change attitudes and practices pertaining to substance abuse. The audience will learn about the development of new strategies to prevent the initiation of substance abuse risk behaviors and using campaigns,mass media outlets and health care experts.
Session Objectives: To describe effective health communication campaigns and strategies to address tobacco and substance abuse To explain the significance of health risk behaviors related to substance abuse and prevention
