ACHP in Prevention and Treatment of HIV and AIDS

This invited session will examine some of the many ACHP's being utilized in the treatment and prevention of HIV and AIDS. Prevalence, background, mechanism and clinical data on effectiveness and adverse effects will all be presented on selected therapies and practices. Public health implications of the therapies and the data on them will be emphasized in the context of the continuing development of the HIV epidemic
