Applying Evidence-based Findings to Health Promotion and Disease Prevention
The session will describe linked policy, environmental and educational interventions that address specific Healthy People 2010 objectives at the community level; how a mobile clinic program can overcome primary access barriers; and interventions that can assist physicians and patients to increase their knowledge of preventive cancer screenings.
