This session will provide attendees with information on nurses providing HIV and TB prevention in The Republic of South Africa, nurses providing in-home care, health promotion and alternative health care to patients in Russia along with providing nursing students with international clinical experiences that will enable them to think and act globally. Attendees will be challanged to compare nursing practices in the US with those in other countries.
Session Objectives: 1. Discuss nursing practice in Africa and Russia
2. Compare nursing care in the US with Africa and Russia.
3. Explain ways that international experiences enable nursing students to think and act globally.
