The legal, moral and ethical issues related to wars and the Vietnam war will be described and updated. This includes issues related to civilians during and after the Vietnam and other wars. Issues of chemicals used in war will be discussed.
Session Objectives: Explain the IOM/NAS research on Agent Orange. Discuss wartime and post Vietnam war effects on US Vietnam veterans.
