This poster session will cover issues related to nutritional epidemiology and program evaluation such as: chronic disease control and prevention; use of RE-AIM framework for obesity prevention evaluation; dietary supplements and weight loss; dietary behaviors of college students and sugar sweetened beverage consumption among adolescents; and food additives and allergies.
Session Objectives: Discuss one aspect of nutritional epidemiology and its implications for dietary behavior trends.
