PHN Poster Session 3: Academic and Community Service Programs
Posters will be presented which describe PHN efforts to address the needs of diverse underserved communities. They will include neighborhood development and outreach endeavors, targeted intervention strategies, and innovative service learning initiatives developed by nurse educators
Learning Objectives: 1. Describe programs and projects which reach out to, identify and address the needs of underserved populations; and 2. Recognize how creativity and partnership endeavors enrish student learning while simultaneously meeting community health needs
